Diamond drilling has become an almost indispensable service in construction, providing accurate, damage free holes with out noise, dust or vibration. We operate in the Burnley, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Manchester and the wider North West.
The diamond drilling equipment used by Ram Services Limited’s skilled workforce is lightweight, portable and can be driven electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically, to suit the working environment on each site.
Individual hole diameters achievable range from 10 mm to 1000 mm and can be drilled at any angle into floors, walls and ceilings through a wide range of substrates including reinforced concrete, asphalt, masonry and brickwork.
Our equipment inventory includes continuous coring barrels, allowing us to drill holes to depths of several metres to facilitate installation of tie bars and the like, or perhaps as part of a wire-sawing operation.
Larger or irregularly shaped openings can be cut using stitch drilling techniques.
We undertake concrete structure condition surveys including core sampling and testing.
Client Testimonial
PA – United Utilities – Engineering & Capital Delivery – February 2014
“I would just like to take this opportunity to thank your staff at RAM Services Limited for the excellent work they have carried out over the last 3 weeks. I found all your lads true professionals who had pride in their work. Although the work has been quite demanding at times, including having starts at all hours day and night, I found all your guys turning up for duty very punctual and polite. I was most impressed by how safety conscious they all were and didn’t start work until all the risk assessments and method statements were in order and all safety checks carried out.”
